It lets you\nnotice clusters, bridges, and gaps before choosing a node, seeing its neighbours, and entering the writing.\n\n## Relationships come from content\n\nEvery node represents a published note or topic. Connections come from Markdown links, topic structure, or explicit\nsemantic relationships. The system does not invent nodes or random edges to make the image look fuller. Atlas therefore\ndepends on the same content maintained by [[02-产品与使用/The See the Forest product system|Vault and Blog]].\n\n## Reading remains connected to the whole\n\nArticle pages preserve their domain, topic, related material, and route back to the atlas.
